Zero product law: if \(a \times b = 0\), then \(a = 0\) and/or \(b=0\).

Quadratic formula: \(x = \dfrac{b \pm \sqrt{b^2  4ac}}{2a}\).

Discriminant: \(\Delta = b^2  4ac\).
